My husband covers our health insurance and I think it's somewhere around $375/mo. for the family plan. Seems high to me, but I think it's actually pretty average.
$400. Mth. Family Plan. High Deductible and we have an HSA that we fund.
I think that’s a high cost as well but I don’t think you can really get much better unfortunately 🥲
For my spouse and I: $200 for PPO plan (20% cost sharing after $1k deductible) or $410 for a better PPO (10% cost sharing after $600 deductible. I think this is competitive and I have no problem with it. At my previous company is was over $400 per month for the 20% plan. I found that very expensive, especially after seeing the options at my new company. When weighing my current job offer, I did not ignore the delta in cost between these offerings.
The family plan (wife, two kids) is $360/mo. ($180/paycheck). It's higher than I would like, but it's cheaper than a few other options I considered.
i have hsa and firm contributes 2k into it for my family plan and think I have 120 a month deducted for the plab plus I contribute 5k a year for whatever the max is minus the firm contribution portion. love HSA since that money is an investment as (knock on wood) I am rarely in need of docs and if I do, my account now has over 40k banked in it which I get to keep if I leave my job too so win win win.
Family plan it's about 800 a month for PPO plan.
$484 per month. 29 YO, single, HDHP with HSA. More than I’d like!
Around $380 per paycheck,I have opted for the HSA plan
