I'd love a fully remote cyber security gig but I've heard that it sometimes involves being on-call at odd hours and can be more grueling than in person or hybrid. Can anyone weigh in?

Only for incident response (IR)

Yep, if you aren’t involved in IR you are good

Managed SOC, IR, internal SOC, all can have non standard hours. Fully remote would cover the above roles along with cloud/infra sec, dev sec, red teaming/pen testing, vuln etc.
Easiest roles to break into are SOC and IR, that's why you hear what you hear, but if you have some talent and experience, the other roles are availabe.

Hi folks,

I have 9 years of experience as a QA out of which last 2-3 is an individual contributor (sole qa owner) plus team lead of a qa team.. I want to pursue masters in the UK so I can have a role like Project Manager/Test Manager/Scrum Master in the future.. what course should I go for:
1. MSc Management
2. Business Analysis and Consulting
3. MBA (not so easy as I don't want to give GMAT, will select certain colleges that do not need GMAT score)

How to deal with people flirting with you at work.
I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional. We’re good friends and work together constantly because we’re on the same client, so I don’t want to make it awkward. Do I just do nothing and let it go? It is mostly just odd I’m not super offended, but I’m also clearly uninterested!
