It's complete WFH.
Tech stack is spring boot and microservices.
Is it a product based company or a service based company?
How wlb will be in Capita plc?
I have been offered 6A band as senior software engineer, so is 22LPA fair compensation?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

Lunchables. Who’s going to judge you
We dug out an old sandwich press thing and it’s been a masterpiece of lunch. Tuna melt, apple melt, pb and j melt. Easy, fast. Kids can make it.
90% of my daughters lunches are frozen and microwaved (don’t judge)... mini hot dogs, meatballs, fish sticks with a carb (usually Mac & cheese) and vegetable or apple.
I’d freeze a bunch of stuff they like and have it ready to be dropped into the oven or microwave. I also make my daughter help so I don’t have to do everything (she’s only 4 but some things save time) - gets her own milk or water, puts ketchup on the table, placemat/napkin.
Anything at this point helps in my mind
Saves me time
No judgment! Whatever works and gets them fed! There is so much on all our plates right now, the method to plate shouldn’t be the focus!
Same kind of thing they eat at school lunch - quesadillas, pbjs, grilled cheese, rice and beans, snack plates of cheese/crackers/lunch meat. I have a two year old so I try to make things that she can eat independently without making a huge messe. Slice carrot sticks, cucumbers and grape tomatoes in the am to toss on the plate. I also portion of the snacks in the morning so they just grab the plate when they want.
For the sake of ease and feeding them what they'll eat, I typically heat up meatballs, chicken nuggets or pizza, three meals my kids will actually eat. I usually pair that with fruit. I have small kids though so their palate is limited.
Same!
We love making our own pizzas. Simple permafrost crusts from Boboli or Whole Foods and they can customize. Cooks quickly. We also sometimes pack a “lunch box” the night before. A yogurt, half a sandwich, some fruit and veggies and a juice box.
Quesadillas are quick and you can leave out the pan. For you, add scrambled eggs and ham.
PB&J or Uncrustables, turkey/ham sandwiches, mini corn dogs, canned soup, chicken nuggets, frozen veggies in the steam bags, fresh veggies if they’ll eat them, fruit - fresh or packed in fruit juice, apple sauce, yogurt, goldfish. Make a large batch of pasta to heat up throughout the week. Frozen waffles, frozen Jimmy Deans, pancakes, cereal, whatever it takes.
We do a lot of leftovers. I also don’t ask what they want most days. You can set it on the counter and walk away and they can grab it when their ready (if they’re old enough). Or you could go as far as making a packed school lunch ahead of time and they can grab it on their own. We usually eat together, but my kids are young. A one year old can’t eat a sandwich yet 😂
