If I have an internship + 1.25 years full time audit experience (3 busy seasons counting internship) in BIG-4 within PE Asset Management, and .75 year’s experience within Financial Risk Advisory (Big-4), what types of jobs can I have a shot at in the future? I have been dealing directly with PE and hedge funds within FS since my internship in 2019. Within advisory, I have been on acquisition m&a projects, and a full on fund accounting role.I don’t know what I can do with my experience.

Offer seems better than the national average for similar roles but I feel I would be underpaid based on the current market, my skills and value I will be bringing to the table. I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection. I’m interviewing at Google’s Treasury team. The role would be as a rates analyst managing their portfolio - primarily cash and short duration fixed income products (100bn aum). TC: ~150k, not sure of breakdown.

I currently work as a quant/middle office at a very well reputed mutual fund, but this is not a market facing role. TC: 125k, but they have a very generous profit sharing plan that contributes 25% of my pay to retirement accts if I stay for 6 years, so ~160k?
