Anyone have slow months where you burn through a lot of your allotted pro bono/professional development hours to keep hitting minimum daily hours? The past few weeks have been like this for me. Had such a great interview with an agency this morning. Then I look at their Glassdoor and it's horrible reviews- like the opposite of what the recruiter and group account director told me.
