No, because if we still work long daily hours it seems short. If the standard was 3 weekend days and 4 on maybe it would feel better assuming we aren’t constantly working long hours on normal off days.
No. 100 years at 12 months per year is the same time as 120 years at 10 months per year. I may have more years but same amount of time.

We think about the length of life in terms of an expected lifespan. If we switched around how we measure time, it wouldn’t change the actual length of life, just its relative measurement. So, no.
You would at first, when the change occurs. But then you would adapt your perspective to this new measurement.
