So I am working as a UI UX designer since Jan22. I started with a really good project (everything from the scratch) with research, knowing the user etc. The project went really well. It was my first project that I handled individually. I got another project it also went well. Then I was told to work directly with a client, it's been 2 months already we work late hours and also on weekend (asked by the client). It feels like my personal life is gone. Do you think I should change job?

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.

Career pivot into consulting? I've always been in a non client serving role and I just want that opportunity? Even completed an MBA and no luck. Too much experience in one area that am no longer interested on.
