I took a job 5 yrs ago with a big pay bump that I wasnt excited about. I was underpaid then fairly or highly paid. Worst mistake I made... new company was a bad fit. Paid well, but overall not a good place for me.
If the new place is truly worthwhile then take it if you're OK with the short term pain. Try to remember that usually changing roles comes with a 2 yr commitment to really feel it out. So if you're uncomfortable being there for 2 yrs then don't and wait.

Yeah i agree with you thanks for sharing your experience
Just considering the numbers, you probably won't get a 15% raise at your current job without getting a promotion. And if you don't see much opportunity ahead of you at your current job that's something to consider. If you think the new opportunity presents better chances for advancement you might as well deal with the short-term challenges.

If I can see myself staying in that career path for a while, then I would make the move. It also depends on if Yu got a good feeling about the team while interviewing with them.

For sure if we you feel comfortable in work palace then increment worthless
I would move now and accept the challenges for the long term growth. It sounds like it will be the better decision in the long run. Best of luck to you.

Which one do you feel comfortable with? If you’re comfortable with what you make now then leave it until something better comes along.

I think i have to wait until better opportunity
It depends on the benefits at the company. Will there be a decent amount of time off? What’s the culture like? Retirement benefits? All of those are pretty big considerations for me, so if it were me, I’d also take those things into account for my decision
To be honest, I would ask myself is there a point to move if I’m happy in the current job. How long have I been doing my current job and can I progress. If I can’t, I will definitely take up the new job but will be highly disciplined as to how I spend my outgoings while at work( I would prepare lunch from home and buy my own fav coffee/tea bags accordingly)-budget management. Also read reviews about the company. Definitely go by this quote ‘make hay when the sun shines’.
