I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? Hey Logistics/Supply Chain Folks! 2021 was full of challenges in virtually every facet of the supply chain. What gives you all optimism for 2022?

For me it is how agile cross-functional teams with archaic tendencies have had to be to overcome! I hope that continues into 2022

My current title is Buyer. I handle the purchasing of the larger categories of direct materials and train any new Buyers. I also manage outsourcing and quoting of raw materials for new business, among other things.
