If you want to grow in your career you need to become visible. I've seen so many talented people get passed over for promotions and special projects because they have the mentality their work will speak for themselves. It can be uncomfortable to put yourself out there and become more visible, but future you will thank you for it.

How do you navigate getting/facilitating full time offers?
I am an incoming senior currently interning with Abbott. My goal is to have at least two full time offers. I have another interview coming up this week at a different company. I suspect that pay will be similar (Glassdoor and industry knowledge). any insight into entry level planning/procurement salaries

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions. How bad is it for me to accept and then decline if I get another offer? The other companies would be paying 15-30k more and I feel like that's way too much to give up especially right out of school.
