Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

I’ve bought 3 without an agent. I’ve sold 2 FSBO. It’s not as complicated as ya’ll are making it sound. Title company is my guardrails. They just need a contract they can execute. Get the earnest money and keep it if they back out. My first FSBO didn’t appraise for what I sold it for. I met them in the middle. My second FSBO tried to back out. I told him I was keeping his earnest money and he proceeded. As a buyer all my transactions were problem free.
I didn’t say it was complicated. I’m just saying I think an agent can potentially get you more money. I think you can limit the field with FSBO.
Why wouldn’t you protect yourself and use an agent? There are reasons why agents exist.

Do you know what you’re doing with posting on the MLS, reviewing offers, understanding how different offers might affect your final payout, and what your obligations are as a seller? If so, FSBO might work out fine. If you end up holding any open houses, I would suggest having someone other than yourself host the open house.
If you don’t understand the nuances of offers and how specific clauses can affect the offer viability and payout, then I’d suggest working through an agent.
Agent
I'd probably sell to a giant organization that busy houses outright, like Redfin I think does it.

That’s how you sell fast, not how you sell for top dollar
Agent. depending on your state, you might be able to negotiate commission
Possibly, But I would sell it on owner financing. This way a 300K home pays 600K over 30 years.
