I would do some research on them (checking LinkedIn profiles) then ask personalized questions based on their career journeys. Ask for advice based on parts of their careers that you admire, that would help you achieve similar goals.
Usually, ask them how you can succeed in your area. If senior management has any tips for you, the most important is that you can call them after three months to check with them. That will give you another opportunity to network and be considered for a promotion.
Ask them which soft skills they think a good senior associate should have. I good one I also like to ask is how would they describe their line of work to someone unfamiliar with it. It gives you good insights on how they view their work and the people they work with.
