Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

Salesforce. Seems more hip, with better (or at least better publicized) growth prospects, and better pay, especially in SF's professional services team.
I would suggest you learn cloud architecture, and ideally learn cloud security. Job security and high pay.
Why do you think cloud security is better than other cloud skills?

It really feels like AWS is going to continue dominating the market. Workday FINs and Adaptive Planning is newer, hot, and companies are actively hiring for it right now, but you're restricted to only Workday partners since you'll lose your cert if you leave. If you want to do healthcare. I know Workday also does Supply chain tech too.
Rising Star
D) None of the above - align on a new technology that can carry you the next 10 years.
“New technology”
“Aws and gcp”
😂
If you can get Epic certs, do it. It’s difficult to get those certs just from the employment prerequisites for the certs. Though, you will be narrowing your technical expertise in the healthcare space. Is healthcare where you want your career? On the other hand, Salesforce isn’t as narrowly focused on one industry.
I’m personally biased, and if I had the choice, I’d never go back to healthcare in any way in my career.
Being honest I am curious what others will have to say because I have recommended Epic and Salesforce as a means for many college grads to get their foot in doors.
I’m curious. Why would you never go back to healthcare?
What if I have a strong preference to eventually be able to work from home/anywhere? Can you do this with any of these? (I know you can working for Epic Boost)
Most Workday partners are work from home, but some (big 4 and accenture) are very travel heavy. I'd look into Huron, they actually specialize in the healthcare industry

SAP 😁
Haha thanks. Can you say why?
IMO, if you are little tech and IT infra savvy, then Cloud. If you like semi-tech then ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce.
