Hello, I am currently having 6 years of experience in US Taxation in Partnership(1065) Federal. Currently I am in the position of Assistant manager, I have cracked the interview of a few Big 4 companies.
Whats the Fixed CTC should I ask for?

I’m in my 2nd year in audit. I want to pivot into management consulting within a big 4 or MBB. Has anyone seen someone make this lateral movement? I’m not sure how feasible that is and what steps to take. I’m also down to discuss further with whoever is comfortable in connecting.

What big 4 have the best maturity and paternity leave policies?

Are MBB and Boutiques doing this massive hiring blitz with double referral bonus etc like the big 4 are? Or did they not fire all their people last fall?

Do Big 4 partners need to maintain any level of independence in retirement?

Joined pro a few months back in TC, I notice that the all the talks of big growth etc. was just talks. Have not had any decent project lined up and been sitting idle for past month. Also, majority of existing projects are Risk, audit and compliance related or we are trying staff aug / managed service (outsource). Anybody hiring for data analytics positions? I just need a first round interview. I am a decent candidate, my last 5 interviews were EY, McK, EY, McK and GS (last round, 1st round, last round, 2nd round, 1st round). I have 10 months of experience and graduated with majors in cs and bus. I interned once at a big 4 acc firm and once as a software engineer.
1 caveat: I am an F1 student on OPT.
