So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

What type of case studies are people getting when interviewing for Strategy roles? How about Finance? Are they the same style/depth as consulting case studies? There is this big bank where I'd love to work at, and after several interviews for various positions they end up promoting someone from within, even thou I understand it and think it’s good they promote their people, it left me feeling like I'm just being used to comply with the process.

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview.
