I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

The earlier you set boundaries the better it is. If you get a reputation that you work late and don’t say no, people will take advantage of you in public accounting. Not saying everyone will, but definitely some vultures out there.
Be reasonable and have an open line of communication between management. For example, don’t leave work without telling anyone - even if it’s late. Talk to your manager and tell them that you have XYZ commitment and you would like to leave for the day and you will do your work first thing in the morning.
I am still trying to learn, but agree the earlier you figure it out the better. otherwise you will be working 2700 hour years while traveling 80%+ and miserable
One tip I have heard is to have something scheduled (or at least make up something). It would come off badly if you say you're going home cause you think you've worked enough for the day, but if you have to leave to take your kid to the park, or go help out someone doing something, or a class you paid for at the gym, or make something else up - that is a better basis for getting people used to you having boundaries.
One way to set boundaries is to start producing bad work product. No one will want your help. Another way is to use your PTO time. Put it on the shared calendar and notify your team when you are taking it and let your auto response respond. Another way is to disappear after 6PM. I don’t expect people to be there after 5:30 but I definitely stop looking after 6PM and it doesn’t look bad. If you leave exactly at 5PM everyday that looks bad. You can also set boundaries and understand that your rating will suffer and you’ll be promoted more slowly, but maybe you’re okay with that.
