ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. But will persistent remove cooling period clause? Persistent Systems Limited ZS

The difference between Gold and Platinum is Yuuge. Do it.
Absolutely
How much longer is the project? Could you just do connecting flights the last few weeks to rack up some miles?
Even if I don't know if I'll fly delta next year. Usually do Star Alliance
Hahah 👌 thanks fish fam
Agreed try some connections, worth it

Only one more week so this is already with some connections. Just wondering whether the diff between gold and Plat are worth my own money to do a mileage run
Slightly higher rate of upgrades and free Comfort+ upgrades are reasons to do it if you're that close. You can get 1600 miles so fast (ATL-BOS gets you 1800). That said, if you think your travel will go down significantly next year then I probably wouldn't and just roll over all those miles so you at least requalify as Medallion.
A1: I'm likely to be on United/AC next year, but I'm sure as fate has it, as soon as I do the rollover, I'm on a delta project
