I'm a biochemical engineer with an MBA and I have always wanted to work in the sciences. However, I got the opportunity to work in oil and gas and tech. I would prefer to return to pharma, biotech and healthcare. I have about 10 years experience in sales strategy, operations and program management. have been applying to several companies with no response or simply rejections. I haven't had luck reaching out to people on LinkedIn. Any advice on how to break into this space would be appreciated

Any tips on leaving a firm “correctly”? Was about to go “of counsel” with my firm of 6 years, but then another firm whose partners I really respect (and personally like) offered me a partnership position.
