Despite promotions, my career feels off track, the assignments often felt random, with me going from portfolio manager on one project to business analyst or product owner on the next. Random question: anyone have any water damage horror stories? Washing machine on the 3rd floor didn’t drain and overflowed for 10 mins - slight damage to the third floor floors, second floor ceiling and floors. It does not look that bad but who knows with water issues. This is going to be rental soon. I’m being quoted 20k+ to dry and fix it which seems excessive even though home insurance will cover it.
