All US airlines suck balls. Just pick what’s convenient based on your location and client. People way over think this.
United's reward program is significantly better (from a rewards perspective) than Delta's and is somewhat better than American's. The tradeoff is that Delta has better service
There's a reason people refer to Delta Skymiles as "Skypesos"... United's point redemption rates are orders of magnitude better. Stick with united, I'm switching back after a year of flying Delta despite the better service on Delta.
Can’t speak for delta, but UA rewards program > AA rewards program
United rewards are 👍
Delta is so nice to fly but their rewards system isn't great. I like my job more so I choose delta.
AA reward redemption sucks - very few flights available.
Huh, I’ve gotten pretty good value out of AA’s program (always able to use up my SWUs every year on various international flights, reasonable award flight availability, and 80% domestic upgrade rate) but it’s possible I’m missing out on UA’s program. The quality of UA’s partners is definitely higher (LH vs BA is no contest, SQ and NH slightly edge out CX and JL in quality but CX flies more of my usual routes)
DL’s award chart is horrible. Whole lot of points required for most awards. AA is great for the SWUs (super flexible and I’ve never not gotten the upgrade), but UA has the best award seat availability of any of the US carriers by far.
