I'm a Salesforce Omnistudio Developer with 3 years of experience, skilled in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch Apex, and OmniStudio. I also hold certifications.
In the last 3 weeks, got only 1 interview call, cleared all 3 rounds, got an offer of 22.50 LPA (fixed + WFH), current CTC is 14 LPA (fixed), will be joining on 11th August.
Now I’m wondering, should I go ahead with this or wait for opportunities to get higher package?
Would really appreciate any advice based on the current market.

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now.
