I have a phone interview for a data scientist role at snowflake comming up. Any advice on how to prep?
The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

Every team is different, so you should try and get some of these perspectives from people in that specific group (Google should set you up to talk to somebody else if you ask)
I'll say though that it's been spectacular for me so far. WLB is great vs consulting, and it feels like it's a very supportive environment to be yourself and have things you care about outside of work
The perks are nice because they give you reasons to get up and move around throughout the day vs just sit and crank. I live in SF but commute via bus to mountain view, not sure how the SF offices are first hand but I love hopping onto a bike and getting a coffee for a midday break
Progression is usually slower than consulting, but I'll take the tradeoffs
Our old review process was kind of annoying but there's a new one, TBD but looks like it'll be less stressful / less work
I work as a CE, Analytics in the SF office. The work and people are great. You’ll enjoy the work as well as the perks!
My sister works at Google and she likes it but it does depend on who you work with, of course. She has some teammates who are less than easy to work with. The focus on google-ness or whatever they call it can also get annoying. Sounds a bit like summer camp for adults sometimes.
