What is your companies medical insurance like?
I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.
Current medical plan - single person.
plan is level 2 out of 3 tiers.

$1700 deductible
$4000 out of pocket max
100% preventive covered
80% diagnostic covered AFTER deductible hit
80% prescription covered AFTER $200 deductible hit…

I have a background in finance and 6+ YOE of professional work experience, I had to leave CA in between due to family emergency and started working (although only 1 group of CA final is left, 1 is cleared already), so can anyone provide an insight if being CA qualified is a mandatory requirement in EY and EY GDS in position of Manager in Accounting, auditing,FAAS,AWM teams etc
Would appreciate any insight, as seems HR everywhere just see degree and not the relevant work ex..

Mentor
Are they formally your mentor? Do you have discussed how the mentoring would work? Frequency of calls? Topics you need mentoring with? Asking because I was in a similar mindset few years ago before realizing that I had never set the mentoring program in formal. Once I did, and started making it more formal with my mentors accountable (some of them actually declined for formal mentoring because they did not have space, but the few remaining have been great in actually help me progress my professional development) it became way more easier to manage and also I could see the results. I am a very Type A person who needs to see KPI and probably not the best suggestion given in the pharma land many are more relationship based mentoring.
