After 2 rounds of interview (1 hour each) , Deloitte usi hr is telling me that due to organisational restructuring the offers are on hold. I am working as data engineer at Accenture with 2 YOE with ctc of 11LPA. After clearing all the technical rounds at Impetus technologies, tomorrow I have my HR discussion. Current CTC: 17.5 LPA
Total YOE: 11 years
Relevant exp in big data: 6 yrs
Relevant exp in Azure: 2+ yrs
Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?
Getting calls from some product companies like JPMorgan Chase Chubb. How much can I expect from these product companies?

You just need 1 offer, and all top service based companies will give you 4 5 tries so my my guess it's issue with resume just make better resume.
Tell people that you're already in bench and you can try for early release, make sure you give best in interview and then try negotiating with hr
Dont resign without any offer or false claim yourself as early joiner. Be honest. As you need only 1 offer, rest you can counter back to back to get multiple offers.
So keep it simple, ask for very less hike, start with minimum 10% hike so that you get multiple calls. Maybe calls are less now due to year end. You will see more offers coming now from mid or end of the jan.
If you want to get calls
1) Check and recheck the key skills you have added in Naukri.
2) keep your notice period as 15-30 days or immediate joiner. And if they ask tell them that your project is in ramp down, you had a word with your manager that you will be released early, or you can buy out anything to get calls.
3) you can apply for companies on portal who accepts 90 days NP you’ll definitely receive calls. Make sure the resume matches with the JD
4) refresh Naukri regularly
5) if company portals allows you apply multiple jobs
