I'm being asked to relocate for a promotion opportunity, and the company is offering a relocation package, but it feels light for what the move actually costs. I want to push back, but I also don't want to seem like I'm nickel-and-diming when they just offered me a step up. How do you negotiate relocation without killing the goodwill?

Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries. I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?
