Oooh I can related. I worked at an early stage startup whose CEO was somehow both of these things. He would give us complete freedom to execute his idea, but then constantly change his mind about what project we should be on. In the two years that I worked for him, I don't think I ever was able to see a whole project through.

No, not agency. Internal Marketing Team at medium size company.
I am sure there are but unfortunately, the job market is awful right now. It really seems like nobody is actually hiring. Do you have any interest in some freelance work? You could try looking on Upwork to see what all is on there.
For sure, fully agree. I do freelance and consulting gigs here and there but desperately want to be part of a bigger team achieving lefties things than one can do on their own. Big goals, big asks, lots of teamwork etc.... just can't get the same build up and excitement when solo. So, def don't mind freelance as extra but still hunting for that full time one.
