Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

That’s low ball . You should be making at least $150k+ base
SC is the normal post MBA level. 125K is definitely not the normal salary.
Chief
That’s very low. BCG starts new hires at $165k base with 12.5% target bonus and $20k signing bonus.
You are being low balled
It sounds like you’re going into a PM role and not a traditional consulting role within Deloitte Digital (DD)? Consulting SCs directly from a target MBA program get paid more than your offer, but I’m not sure the average Deloitte consultant could speak with confidence about what a PM offer “should” look like / the average PM salary at DD. Also are you Johnson or Tech? I’m not sure if Tech is target, although I could be incorrect.
If you are looking to do product management and have prior product experience, you should not do product at Deloitte and aim to do product in high tech - there is a fairly well trotted path from MBA to tech companies like google, roku, amazon, Adobe and even startups
C3 - apply for apm roles
I am a Johnson alum and know there are Johnson alums in Deloitte Digital. Reach out to them! I’m not sure about the salary for that kind of role but I thought it sounded like an appropriate post MBA salary
To add more info, the offer had me assigned at a Senior consultant level. Does this affect it? I have 4 years of experience and prior PM experience as well
MBA hires come into D at the Senior Consultant level pretty much no matter what
Part time program?
Full time
Hi OP, I’m at Accenture too but thinking of pursuing an MBA with Cornell near the top of my list. I’m also interested in product management. Could I DM you?
Yup!

This doesn't sound like a consulting role. If it's internal, the pay would be lower
This isnt an internal role that you're thinking of. Please do more research.
Hey there - I do PM at Deloitte and may have a clue to what’s going on. Feel free to DM
Are you finishing up the MBA and taking the role as a graduate...or are you taking the role and finishing up?
If you're not taking the role as a graduate, then the pay is probably right. If you're an actual "MBA hire", then the pay is low.
Was this via OCR?
Thank you everyone for your input. I’ll negotiate for a higher salary with the info you have provided :)
Good job on negotiating. Here is some food for thought. I graduated from a top MBA program years ago. Me and all my colleagues that went into consulting were offered $160 total compensation 6 years ago.
Different firms divided the $160k different ways but Big 4 got SC title with $140 base.
