Hi what all we need to do before joining ? I have taken the print out of all the forms that we need to submit but do we need to mail them to someone or do we need to submit the hard copy of that.

Any one works in a one man / one woman tax department? How do you effectively manage the relationships with outside tax providers, and with accounting/finance department inside of the company? I have multiple weekly calls with different teams from our CPA firm, with accounting/finance team inside, I tend to address issues as they arise. I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value?
