Any words of wisdom for things I can say to my higher ups in a one on one to get some opportunities? I feel like my book and background proves myself but the client work I get assigned to does not. Are my CDs unaware of what I can bring? I don’t want to be egotistical but I have conviction.

For those of you who have done both, is it better to work at a large or small firm? I'm afraid I'd get lost in the crowd at one of the larger firms, but I'm worried I won't have as many opportunities at a boutique. Would love some insight.

Why do companies do this? I interviewed with a company. They loved my work and told me that I’m going to start the following week. They made me sign all of the onboarding papers and poof ghosted me! 🤦‍♀️ I feel so down right now! And I feel like I won’t be able to ever land a job!
