Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?
Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.
Nagarro

I don't have any advice except sending lots of good vibes
You can do it!!! Believe in yourself. It is not easy to take over projects mid stream specially when the client is not easy and are important to the firm, but not impossible either. If they have chosen to put you at the helm, someone believes in you.

I wa recently enrolled in an engagement with 9h difference, starting 5pm and finalizing 3Am, doing a technical job of a senior consultant (scrum master like).
On top of, my other 3 engagements in europe, the business development here (I carry a full sector, not only the solution x sector or the solution x account). So working hours were: 8Am-3am. Mon fri. Plus, Business development.
I forced out in a discussion with the partners, I am already doing 250% of my targets, i dont need to do theirs. Is take or leave. I am burned down.
Seeing this trend of "on top of" and setting people without the right experience (specially juniors) to do a role by lying to the client on their experience.
Toxic behavior
