As a relatively new hire out of a top undergrad school, how long should I wait before applying to MBB if I got rejected after final round interviews last year?

What do you think when associates/senior associates misspeak on a concept during a meeting or interview?

I’ve learned something new on each project, and I’m afraid of coming off as an idiot so I rarely contribute to conversations; only after I have done research on the topic and have prepared do I speak/give ideas

Recently left the Big4 without a job lined up. I’m hearing all my friends talking about busy season woes and I’m so grateful to not be in that position. I keep thinking of the long hours and it’s making me not want to job hunt. I’ve been looking at industry related tax roles, and generally like accounting but am open to exploration. Is there any such role that gives good comp, great work/life balance (I don’t even wanna be near 60 hours), and overall interesting role/company?

I’ve been with my company for 4 years and I’m thinking about applying for a new job. For references, I would like to use my coworkers but I also don’t want to bring up the fact that I’m applying to other places. How should I handle my references when it comes to applying or interviewing with other companies?

Next week I’m having my first lateral interview as a junior associate. I’m very nervous because the group with whom I’m interviewing works with life science/tech clients and the attorneys have strong science/tech backgrounds; and I do not. So, I've realised there's a problem with developers, a lot of them are coders, not engineers. And another issue, is that, companies don't really care about their progression as far as I'm aware, so what did you guys do in your own time to transition from being a coder to an engineer?

Hi, I'm getting lot of interview calls for SAP SD Consultant but they want someone experienced 2 to 3 years of experience, 1 or 2 implementation done, support or rollout etc, Relevant experience of sap is zero I have, for BFSI industry is 3+ years I've, so what would u suggest??I'm not getting any work, 5 months gap already now in doing SAP course, hana certifications etc,any fresher in SAP, how u made it in SAP? Advice when looking for Tech Consulting internships in Chicago or DC Metro? My GPA (3.04) has disqualified me from most major companies. I've opted to focus my efforts into my student organizations and helping others reach their goals, in doing this I compromised for a B average. Are there any firms that will accept recommendation letters with the application? The networking route is also something I am exploring, but haven't had much success thus far. Any help is welcome!
