I'm getting offers in both P&C and life insurance, and recruiters on both sides act like their sector is obviously superior. I probably need to pick a direction before I waste more time. What helped you choose one sector over the other?

Hi Everyone! I have a background in health research. I received my first offer as a ux researcher 3 (1 step below senior) which is pretty competitive compared to my former field. It is with fanduel for 120k base, 6% bonus (8% next year since I’m not starting in jan) , I believe 10% in equity (12.5% next year) total comp 130. I’m extremely grateful but just wanted to see if this was acceptable for the industry. I’m mixed methods and they want to build out their quant side. Should I accept as is?

Currently have lost my yearly salary worth and it's affecting all aspects of my life (job, marriage, health).
