I'm in final stage interviews with two companies, both of which I like and have expressed interest in giving a final offer. Company 1 is moving pretty quickly, but company 2 has gone a bit quiet. How do I nudge company 2 so that I can compare and leverage offers?

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?
