I’m in tech implementation for a specific product, think SAP, Salesforce, Servicenow. Eventually I would like to move out of consulting and pay is top of mind. I’ve got three options and looking for some second opinions:
1 - stay at Deloitte, comp ~130
2 - move to the product company in professional services role, comp ~150
3 - move to f500 end user in product manager role, comp ~130?

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. Looking to transition out of Management Consulting and going into big tech in NYC. Ideally, I would love to go in as a PMM; however I’ve heard it’s very difficult to make that jump if you don’t have a degree in engineering or CS (I’m a liberal arts graduate and in the final year of a part-time mba).
