To all the post-9/11 veterans, it’s a somber day that unites us all in the reason we fought. It’s easy to forget - especially with the younger generation having 9/11 be a history lesson rather than something they lived through. I work at a medical device manufacturing plant as a training coordinator, I have a military background and a degree and am trying to advance but am feeling stuck. I am a literal jack of all trades, and am trying to get out of the hourly life, I’m working an average of 100 hour weeks and have been for at least the last 6 months.

I'm prior active duty, now a reservist, and am interviewing with Deloitte (anticipating an offer). What do I need to know about Deloitte's benefits and policies, especially as it relates to drill, annual training, and deployments?

Thoughts about if/how to include military reserve service on resume? Don't want to be deceiving but also don't want to get passed over for interviews.

Context: prior AD, 5+ years post MBA, newish to reserves. Prior consultant, current entrepreneur but thinking about getting a corp job instead.
