Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Resume keeps getting rejected at Atlassian
I recently applied at multiple positions at Atlassian but my application keeps getting rejected. Before switching to my current org , i had given Atlassian interview for frontend in April and i using the exact same resume just with the update of current org. I Had cleared all rounds back then but was rejected without any feedback i am confident i will clear it this time can someone help me with the resume review?

I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?

Follow up with the CCO. Ask her/him about the mixed message from the recruiter. Ask for clarification. Get a straight answer and move forward.

Sorry I meant how do I talk to the CCO without it fucking over the recruiter, or is they just not something I can account for ?
If it’s any consolation, 2 different recruiters seem to think you are the “ideal candidate”.
Don’t play it coy, just ask them straight up what’s going on. Your time is the most valuable thing, don’t let anyone waste it.
Is there a chance the recruiter has their wires crossed?

In what sense? I don’t think so since it’s a recruiter I’ve know for a while and he’s usually buttoned up
