I’m interviewing for a Google Corporate FSR role this and curious about the comp package if I have 10+ years of experience. I’ve seen a range of:
+ $120k - $180k base salary (based on experience),
+ RSU vested over 4 yrs
+ sign on bonus
+ OTE

Interviewing at AWS also and the base is significantly higher. Can anyone share advice on how to touch on the comp package if I’m targeting higher than $180k base?

I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I’m so burnt out by big law and this seems like an awesome opportunity to help shape a newish company. Any tips on how to figure out if this is the right move for me?

I have experience across multiple industries (tech/telecom/Pharma (dermatology)/beauty and skin care and I am looking for a Director or VP role (my last job was a VP).
