Hey folks
I got a call from TCS to interview for a new unit formed within org with the name of Business Transformation Group as per new org restructuring. Anyone from TCS who can help to understand more about this?
Does it cater to only niche technologies or how does this actually function?

I definitely think people burn out in HR, but don't let that deter you. People burn out for all sorts of reasons and a lot of those reasons aren't about the work itself. It will depend on if you like the work or not, and if you have the support you need and set boundaries early.
It's honestly impossible to know what the situation in any job will be until you've been in it for some time. People do make their careers in HR, so there's no reason to believe that can't happen. I'll be honest, I think a lot of people who complain about being burned out just can't handle their work, so saying they're burned out becomes a universal excuse.

People burn out in every career out there. I'm a firm believer that prioritizing work life balance and taking actual vacations when needed helps with that. Easier said then done and company culture definitely contributes to burnout. That being said, HR can go many different paths so that's a huge plus to keeping things fresh and enjoyable to me.
No because EVERYONE in every position gets burnt out from time to time. Yes, there are some who chose the wrong job as they think ONLY of the money and/or they actually do not want to work and would rather be sitting around playing computer games, on social media, out playing with their friends, and/or working less than 4 hours a day although getting paid for 8 hours a day.
