And got an offer from Mindtree for the same Sr. Developer position(C3- Module Lead), as Lead position requires minimum 7yrs of experience. They offered me a package of 19.2lpa. Is this worthy? Please suggest how much can I expect from them? Also how is the hike cycle in Mindtree ?

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
