I’m looking to move from California to Austin, TX to be closer to family but am running into issues finding a job there. Recruiters see my resume with California companies and say “This job is in Texas, not California. We won’t be a good fit” Even after I explain that I’m looking to move there, they brush me off and ghost me. Am I approaching this wrong? I don’t want to lie on my resume but could I possibly just remove my job locations?

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?
