Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

If you actually look at Big4Transparency, you are within range for Bay Area.
This is all very helpful. Thank you.
base should be 110-120k for 2 YOE in the Bay
$110k/yr in the Bay Area, you better up that quick lol
Also you’re underpaid by far, many 3 YOE big 4 ppl make more than you
I had a feeling. Thank you!
Not very good for the Bay Area. I make 105k + 10% bonus in Atlanta in industry. No cpa and 4 YOE. I would think 120+ for you in the Bay Area.
Even $120 is low for 6 YOE, 6 YOE should be closer to $150k+
Having a CPA is very valuable, and with 6 years of exp, you can do much better. Doesn't have to be big4, but regional/national firms are paying much higher for your exp and license.
oops, sorry didn't see that you don't have a CPA. Better work on that first if you're in PA lol.
