Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

I would put it right at the top of your resume in bold “I do not now or in the future need sponsorship to work in X Country”
This is great, thank you!
YES. And as mentioned above, remove your current address. Recruiters don’t need this info. No one is sending you anything through the mail and they may disregard your resume if it looks like you’re not local.
Also, get yourself a local phone number and use this on your resume. You can route this number through Google Voice to take interviews through your computer while still in your home country. Once you have someone on the phone, it’s easier to explain the details of your situation.
Good luck!
Yup yup current address doesn’t feature on the resume at all. Thanks for the tip about the local number - great idea!
Yes, or go ahead and say “Madrid, December 2022” if you already have a firm date. Or remove the country or state info that makes it obvious you haven’t been working in your destination country
Ah ok, maybe just the year then, like 2023? If not, then use “open to relocate to xx (city)”. And I don’t think it’s misleading to remove the location, most people can look up an agency or company and find out their HQ pretty quickly. Also since people are a mix of in person to remote, there are people who are likely not even located where HQ is
