I booked a package (hotel+ flight) vacation through Expedia that got cancelled because of Covid, I was able to get my refund for the hotel but I can’t do it for the flight.
The airline is telling me they’re gonna give me a credit with them but we were 8 people booking this vacation together, so having a credit makes is impossible ton manage. I Called the bank and they want a written proof that the flight is cancelled but the airline doesn’t want to send us any proof ... what do i do?
