I started by looking for positions that the job duties resonate with what I’m doing. Then when I come across one of the tasks/job duties in the description of a job that is worded well, I clip that one if I want to use it on my résumé’s current position.
Good luck!
There are a few professional resume writers on LinkedIn that are legitimate. I like the previous poster suggestion on looking up current job listing and snip a few from those. Pro tip, search outside you’re area to minimize risk of using the same wording as a potential job you might be applying for. Goodluck! Change is good :)
What the poster above said, and search “resume writing tips” & similar terms, and skim some current articles. There are fashions in buzz words as with anything else, and you want to be sure yours aren’t dated. LinkedIn profiles are also good for this. You want the scanning bots to catch the keywords that will nap you to the roles you want.
Highly suggest resume.io
