I'm pretty risk averse but is it time to get back into crypto fr this time?

Why does everyone hate indexed annuities? Who would turn down the potential of 12% annual returns with a guarantee that they can't lose any money, all for free and even a bonus?

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?

If we consider 2021 a more "regular" year, I varied from $600 saved one month up to $3.2k in another (though that was partially due to a job change)... It's not affecting my overall saving % (was 46%) but wondering if I should try to even it out a bit more?

Anyone still holding up those stocks? Chances of regaining the momentum in the near future?

After todays announcement of a fed rate hike of 75 bps, Mortgage rates over the next couple of months will likely remain within 0.25% to 0.50% of todays range. Unless the fed throws a curve ball in their remaining meetings, the remainder of rate hikes have already been baked into mortgage rates currently being offered.

Thoughts on CSIQ? It is sitting near all time highs but has not jumped like crazy from pre-pandemic. It’s at a 25% premium. It has solid fundamentals. It may be a solid option after it hits the 50 day SMA.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind.
