I have 8.5 year .net full stack+azure. I am having below offers
1. honeywell - 24lpa fix - advance software engineer
2. Kpmg global - 25 lpa fix +1jb -assistant manager 3. Pearson education - 27.5 lpa ( 25 fix +2.5 variable) - .net specialist
4. Smc squared 26 lpa fix + 1jb - technical lead
5. Schneider electric ( in pipeline) for staff engineer
Which ones to choose according to wlb, job security and new learning

Stack - Java, Springboot, API development
Offers - TCS (14 lpa), T-systems (14 lpa)
I’m looking for good wlb, good office culture but also steady growth and learning in terms of technical stack. Please provide suggestions.

Are you at a boutique? Sure. if global firm, they probs won’t match
I mean I guess you could try. It can often come across as disloyal and a little tacky to tell your current company you were looking elsewhere...It's risky if you want to maintain the relationship with them in the future, but might be worth it to you.
If you are solely shopping around for more money, then it may be worth it to say something but only after that first offer is secure. But if you are looking for better WLB or other factors are at play, may be best to just go elsewhere so you can find what you want.
I mean, I wouldn't go so far as to say that you "owe" it to them to have the chance to match. Would that even get you to stay with them anyway? Cause it sounds like at the other place you'd be a getting at least as much money and a better WLB. I doubt they'd offer to work you less for more money...
