Im sure most people have seen the current political climate and what's happening recently in the news. Have you or your patients been affected by any of it at all?

The head landscaper at my HOA was hauled off to "Alligator Alcatraz" a while back. In spite of having a valid green card, no criminal record and a very long documented work history. I'm not much of a political activist, but that ticked me off to the point that I've written every representative I could think of and had my neighbors co-sign the letter vouching for him. It's ridiculous. This is the exact kind of person we're supposed to want in the country. He did things the right, legal way, he works hard, supports his family. I cannot make any sense of it.

This is such a sad situation, I pray that it can get resolved and that he can come back home soon.

We are seeing a significant increase in depression and mental health conditions. I strongly believe that the political climate and the state of the world are major contributing factors. Unfortunately, I also expect this trend to continue, with more individuals presenting with mental health concerns in our clinics and hospitals.

Wow! I never even thought about this aspect but it makes a lot of sense along with everything else happening in the world right now.

We have had questions about if medication prices will increase due to these changes. And sadly we don’t have a good answer to offer

After the New York Shooting of the C.E.O of United Healthcare and the trial coming to court the healthcare industry here seems like it's on trial as well. The riots in Minnesota, (United Healthcare's home) they are on edge there as well.
The Gaza was being blocked from UN Humanitarian Aid shipments and medical personnel were unlawfully detained aboard the flotilla Conscience. So internationally that's a big deal. -the Geneva convention treatment of medical personnel.
Lastly the Nurses in NY City were or are on Strike so the labor management issue is influencing the healthcare industry right not.
An issue of Universal Healthcare is also driving the industry onto the fringe. And how do we pay for it. And how much do we pay for healthcare is a federal issue.

Well we have a Orange draftdoger pedophile in office and is running this country into the ground, fact check it out

Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
