I'm working on my resume. I’ve of course heard that if I use Al like ChatGPT, it helps to get my resume in front of hiring managers. But I've also heard that Al will flag that I used Al, so then it looks like I'm not being authentic. Which is it? What's your take on using Al for resumes?

However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k
