“Open to negotiation and aligned with the current market rate”
I'm 68 years old now not accept in your company of my age?
Ask what is their salary range so if they give you an answer with actual numbers then you respond with the night end of the range as your anser
$14 per hour
Chief
In general you should always have an idea how much that company pays for the position (Glassdoor is great for that). Then you should also always know the range you’d be happy with as well. Sometimes if there’s no information out there and they refuse to tell you, then at least you have your numbers ready.
A safe answer is to give a researched range and keep it flexible: “Based on the role and market, I’m looking around $X-$Y, but I’m open to discussing the full compensation package.” Try not to give a number before understanding duties, schedule, and benefits. If you want to practice saying it naturally, Aural can help: https://aural-ai.com
as you wish but minimum per hour $14
I accept your minimu$14 per hour
Ask for the budget. If they don't want to give it to you, this is where you research posted salaries on LinkedIn to compare.
Exsupt to the management if how to give the budget.
let them know that you are satisfied with what they are offering with the job or the wages that were mentioned in the job post.
Yes I'm satisfied I'm follow the rules in your company
I usually turn it around, and ask them "Well, what do you usually offer for this type of role?" They usually tell me, then I go from there. If they say too low, THEN I tell them what I expected.
