I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. Looking for some mental health advice - I’ve been dealing with pretty debilitating anxiety/panic attacks for over 5 years. Finally started to get some help for it through medication, however the first 3 meds my PCP prescribed me (ssris) didn’t work. Because I haven’t deal with the anxiety it’s gotten really bad. Do I go to a pyscitatrist whose trained more in pharma or start with therapist. Have done therapy in past without much help.

Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.

I’m curious about a trend I am seeing: I like to think I’ve well documented my abilities and functions in my CV, as well as my portfolio. I’ve noticed that for some of these jobs that I can check every single box in the job description, I won’t even get an interview. I’m wondering if many of these jobs are posted for internal hires, but some stay open for weeks. What gives?
